Some People are so Selfish

So, it's around 10 PM at night, which is way past my old man bedtime, and there's a helicopter circling the neighborhood. Apparently there's some sort of manhunt going on, but that whirlybird is going to wake up the baby soon if they aren't careful.

My request to the community is this:
1) If you are a police department, please start flying those black helicopters, which surely must be quieter than the regular ones.
2) if you are a criminal, please turn yourself in at a reasonable hour.
3) Failing points one or two, please make plans to pause your opposing goals (escape vs. capture) until it is light out.
